The Safer at nights charter is being developed to make evenings and night-time in Swindon and Wiltshire safer for all. Our residents should feel safe when they are out in our communities in the evening. Our social establishment's should be able to welcome people and trust that they are safe when they leave to either go to another venue or go home.
Digital Tool kit This tool kit has been designed to enable our partners and any establishment wanting to make Wiltshire and Swindon’s night life safer, by promoting the charter’s initial survey. This survey will help us to gain understanding in how safer or unsafe residents feel and what we can do to change that.

OPTION 2 Do you know about the #AskForAngela scheme that enables women to ask for help low key to bouncers and people working in pub/bars? Do you think there is something else that we can do, to create safer night time environments in our towns and City’s in Wiltshire?
OPTION 3 How safe do you feel in public spaces? What makes you feel unsafe at night in public spaces? Have you ever been a victim of crime in a public space at night?
These are some of the questions that are part of the Wiltshire Safer at Nights survey. By completing this short survey, you’ll be helping to create safer night time environments in your local community. So we can all enjoy our night time economies and evening lifestyles.
