Who are we looking for?
We’re looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to Head of Legal Services and their Legal Team. As the Personal Assistant, you will:
- Be organised and experienced, preferably within a legal framework, in providing comprehensive and efficient support to the Head of Legal and the Team. With experience in scheduling, document preparation and production, responding to correspondences and liaising with internal and external legal representatives and agencies.
- Handle and process fee notes, bills, invoices and expenses, ensuring up to date financial information is available.
- Work closely with the Head of Legal and the Team to monitor all relevant Court, limitation and litigation deadlines.
