The only way we can ensure our service to you – and those of the wider CJS – are doing that is with your help and your voice.
Both the Police and Crime Commissioner and Wiltshire Police are committed to asking you what you want from the service offered. Your voice will help us to better understand your needs, whether we are meeting victims’ expectations or if we need to improve.
Only by hearing more about what you think of our services, and that of the CJS, will we be able to provide a measurement for local performance of agencies and services.
Using your voice, and your experience, will also ensure we can shape and deliver the service that you require and that fit within the operational policing priorities while meeting the needs of the community too.
We want to hear first-hand of victim experiences, about the reality faced by you and to reflect those experiences in the support for the future.
Hearing your opinion and acting on anything that needs to change helps us to keep support victim-focused and fit-for-purpose.
We need to know what you think about the support and service you have experienced in Wiltshire and Swindon.
