Anti-social behaviour
Northumbria Police has produced its first ever package of short films, posters and leaflets without the use of any language or text.
What is ASB?
Anti-social behaviour is when your behaviour causes someone else to feel upset, scared, or frightened, in the area that you’re in.
What can you do to help?
If you are with your friends, you can:
- Make sure that you're all not being too loud
- Make sure that what your doing is not affecting others around you
- Be kind to those who may live around your area, or the area that you have visited
What does ASB look like?
ASB can look like many things, here are a few:
- Graffitiing on walls/side of houses/fences
- Playing “knock, knock ginger”
- Hanging out in a group at your local shops and being very rude and unkind to all who enter or leave the shop
- Dropping Litter
There are many more, but this is just a few.
